Family day at Fletcher's Cove. 10am to 2pm. CCA members: Ross Dence and family (wife Nidia, kids, Joseph and Emma) and Kathleen Sengstock. Non CCA members: Teresa, Faris, Rafael, Dave, Liz, Jonathan, Timonthy. Two 16 foot canoes and one kayak. Boaters paddled upriver from Fletcher's Cove to the waterfall on the VA side. Some paddlers went up past Chain Bridge. After the paddle, Ross fired up the Lodge Sportsman Grill and everyone enjoyed a picnic lunch with hot dogs and veggie burgers.
